Cryogenic Tumbling Machine is specially designed to deflash molded rubber parts. Flashes of molded rubber parts become brittle at low temperature by cryogenic, liquid nitrogen, in stainless steel barrel of the machine. A blast-media is chosen to impact and remove these brittle rubber flashes from molded rubber parts in short time.
This versatile machine can also be used either in cryogenic or room temperature to deflash as well as debur of resins molded and engineering plastic injected parts. These plastic parts are widely used in electronical and mechanical industries.
Per special order, CTM can be modified to use dry ice (co2) as cryogen also.
Stainless Steel balls, Plastic Pellets, Steel Pellets, Glass Beads are widely used as blast-medias in this machine.
