PD-30 High Speed Deflashing Machine is used to remove deflashes from mold rubber parts.  No nitrogen, no cryogenic blast-media, PD-30HSDM uses pressure air only.  Flashes and rubber parts can be separated within 1 minute.  Operator can remove big flashes and gather rubber parts from stainless steel chamber easily.

PD-30HSDM can deflash various types of molded rubber including silicone.   With One-Touch design, this machine is operated as a semi-automatic system, except loading molded rubber sheet and cleaning chamber occasionally.
